Dark Elegy
“I wanted to show what hate does to other people.”
Alexia Foundation
The Alexia Foundation promotes the power of photojournalism to give voice to social injustice, to respect history lest we forget it and to understand cultural difference as our strength – not our weakness
In sharing Suse Lowenstein’s journey with her work “Dark Elegy,” SEAT 20D aims to reach out to organizations, charities, museums and counseling groups that assist loved ones who are dealing with their grief over the death of a cherished loved one by terrorism or a mass massacre. We especially would like to reach out to grief organizations.
Please contact us if you would like to be included on this page or to arrange a screening of SEAT 20D.

Grief Speaks Out
Mission
To offer support for all grief warriors. To combat the idea that there is a timeline for grief. To share pictures, stories, poems, techniques. To laugh, cry, curse - whatever is needed to surround the hurting with happy moments and the feeling of understanding.
